  • The “SAP Certified Application Specialist – Social Services Management with SAP CRM 7.0 EhP3” certification exam validates a candidate’s ability to perform the tasks related to SAP Social Services Management. Armed with an understanding of Social Services Management with SAP CRM 7.0 EhP3, the candidate can apply this knowledge to implementation activities as an application consultant under the supervision of an expert. This certificate proves that the candidate has the overall understanding and skills required to be a productive member of a team. Candidates must pass one of the prerequisite exams – C_TCRM20_70, C_TCRM20_71 or C_TCRM20_72 – before taking this specialist exam.
